Information You Provide to Shujinko

Information Shujinko Collects Automatically

Information from web browsers, devices, and servers. In addition to personal data that you provide to us, we also automatically collect information provided by your web browser, mobile device, or server when accessing the Site. This information is collected in the form of server log files. Cookies and Tracking Technologies. We use session (temporary) and persistent cookies to collect certain information about your use of the Site. 5. HOW WE RETAIN AND PROTECT Your Information

Shujinko retains your information for as long as it is required for the purposes for which we use the information as stated in this Privacy Policy. We may retain your information for longer periods as permitted or required by law, such as to maintain suppression lists, prevent abuse, if required in connection with a legal claim or proceeding, to enforce our agreements, or for tax or accounting reasons. When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize your information from our active databases. We will also securely store the information and isolate it from further processing on backup discs until deletion is possible.

Shujinko has implemented reasonable, state-of-the-art physical, electronic, and procedural measures intended to secure your personal data from accidental loss and from unlawful or unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers behind firewalls. However, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure, and we cannot, and do not, guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted to or through our Site.
